3 X 10C Presidents' issue on envelope to Lyon France, cancelled Montgomery, Ala, 30 August 1941, endorsed in MS "Via Avion Airmail"; censored by the British & French with sealing labels tied with French oval censor's cachet: clear Lyon arrival datestamp on reverse 18 September 1941. A fine neat cover.

1854 entire letter to New York with a partial PHILADELPHIA postmark dated 13.JUN and a FORWARDED BY JAURETCHE & CARSTAIRS PHILA'A cachet. The contents also include a bank draft from the Colonial Bank.

Small envelope headed American Red Cross Service Club, with MS endorsement APO 519 c/o Postmaster, New York City, datestamped Salisbury 20 November 1942, censored with sealing strip marked Examiner 861: with contents, being a neat typed letter, and 3 photographs of Dick Gardner in uniform. In fine clean condition save for a small tear to the flap on reverse. A scarce World War Two Red Cross memento, which has survived intact and almost pristine.

1946 registered airmail cover to Washington. The stamps are cancelled by faint LIMA postmarks dated 23.DIC.46 and there is a boxed CORRESPONDENCIA DIPLOMANCA - FRANQUICIA POSTAL cachet.
On the reverse LIMA, MIAMI, NEW YORK and WASHINGTON postmarks.
